The Greenway

The Greenway Condominiums at 14 and 15 Greenway Plaza are two landmark residential high-rises situated within Houston's renowned Greenway Plaza district. Built in 1980 and 1981 respectively, these 30-story towers were part of the visionary mixed-use development conceived by Kenneth L. Schnitzer in the late 1960s. Schnitzer's Century Development Corporation transformed a 52-acre tract of land five miles west of Downtown Houston into one of the city's most important employment and residential centers, a project widely considered a pioneering example of mixed-use development in the United States.
